Project included upgrading the existing 400A/480V service to an 800A/480V. Construction of a new electrical room with switch gear and an HVAC system for the data room. Installation of (1) 500kw generator with manual bypass and a 6000A DC power plant with battery back-up. Interior build-out consisting of (32) equipment racks with all associated power and infrastructure. This was a complete turn-key project.
This project consisted of upgrading the existing 2400A/208V service to a 4000A/208V. Installation of (2) 1-Meg generators, new HVAC system and a building addition. This was a complete turn-key project for MTC.
This project consisted of removing (2) failing CRAC units for a NH data center and installation of new energy efficient Vertiv style units. Due to the new unit’s size and weight, a structural steel platform had to be fabricated. This included temporarily relocating existing HVAC condensers to make room for the structural steel. Then re-installing existing and new units onto the steel platform.
This project consisted of building out (2) additional rows of cabinets and infrastructure. (24) cabinets total with all DC power, fiber, ladder rack and cold aisle containment.
This project consisted of removing all existing HVAC units, installation of (3) 20Ton package style units, all duct work & insulation, new power and controls, temporary cooling and site work. Due being in a flood area, the new units had to sit on top of 3ft risers and required a custom- made catwalk.
MTC was contracted for a complete design/build electrical solution for an 8,500 sq/ft eye care facility located in Westford, MA. The project consisted of light design/controls, (18) patient exam rooms and optical labs.
